Body:

The body of this F150 has received extensive attention, with any damaged panels replaced with new ones. The antenna has been fitted with a new base pad. Both the door handles and their gaskets have been replaced, providing a solid and secure feel. New weatherstrips have been installed on both doors (RH and LH) as well as the cab, ensuring a tight seal against the elements. The rear window has been sealed with new rubber, preventing leaks and drafts. The tailgate has been replaced, a new cable for secure operation. The hood now features a new cowl seal, keeping out dust and water. The bed floor has been repaired with new sections and lined with a bed liner for protection and durability. The hood is fitted with a new insulator and retainers. The center cross sill has been replaced to support the truck bed. Both inner fenders and fender bolts have been replaced.   - The 12v power and grounds to the ECM were checked.

  - All sensor return circuits showed 4.6 volts.

  - The ground from the driver's fender to the ECM was replaced.

  - The EGR sensor and clutch safety switch/sensor were replaced.

  - The fuel filter and fuel filter connection line were replaced.

  - A remanufactured Ford ECM was installed.

  - The starter relay and solenoid were replaced.

  - The truck passed inspection and emissions.

  - Fuel pressure was checked and found low on the rear tank, with the truck running well on the front tank.

  - The power feed to the rear fuel pump was cut at the tank and taped.

  - Ignition and Electrical (August 2023):

  - The ignition control module was replaced.

  - Corroded fuel pump relay was repaired and a new connector added.

  - Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor were replaced.

  - The fuel pump relay and connectors were replaced, including pigtails (Ford OEM).
