Vehicle Description:

**SALE PENDING** Originally from New Mexico, this truck has no rust issues. After returning to Pennsylvania, it was repainted, with new glass and rubbers installed. The previous owner drove the truck from NM to PA rather than shipping it, enjoying the adventure. The truck was sold because no additional garage space was available.

Since purchase, the truck has been driven approximately 50 miles, mainly trailered to specialists for analysis and reports. The painted spare wheel and mounted tire are stored in the spare tire rack under the truck bed, a sought-after feature for this model.

The engine was rebuilt and bored .60 over, with a new carburetor, headers, power steering, A/C etc. A Chevy specialist adjusted the valves and installed a new valve cover gasket, along with a new starter and solenoid. The truck was completely upgraded to a 12 volt system and  a retro modern radio and speakers were installed.

The transmission was rebuilt during the journey from NM (see invoice), including a new clutch and pressure plate. The truck shifts smoothly and is quiet during normal driving, with the typical deceleration sound common to this model, as confirmed by a transmission specialist. This truck features a rare 4-speed transmission, not the usual 3-speed. The clutch is solid.

The front brakes initially had an issue with not releasing completely, due to incorrect brakes being installed for the standard Chevrolet wheel. This was corrected with custom fabrication, and the brakes now function well. The previous owner replaced the hand-pull emergency brake with a foot-operated pedal that operates smoothly.

A custom interior was installed complementing the truck perfectly. A new carpet was purchased but not installed, as the existing carpet remains functional and in very good condition. A new carpet in the unopened box is included. A new gauge cluster was installed by the previous owner, though the temperature gauge has been temperamental. The sending unit may need checking, with consideration for adding a secondary gauge under the dash.

- The A/C works fine and may require a recharge.

- The running boards were professionally Rhino-lined

- Engine Oil: Lucas 10W30 high-zinc engine oil

-A Chevy Chrome exhaust tip nicely completes the new exhaust system.
