1949 DeSoto Coupe. This is an incredible original car that I bought sight unseen while in Florida. It had been sitting untouched in a deteriorating barn for many years. When I got it, it wasn’t running, but all four tires held air. After sitting outside our shop through the winter, my good friend, who’s a professional detailer, managed to get it running and miraculously transformed it into a beautiful car. It now runs thanks to a new electric fuel pump. A bit of tinkering is still needed...the brakes need attention as the pedal currently goes to the floor. The body is rust-free, and the interior, glass, doors, and windows all function properly. The chrome and paint are in excellent condition, except for the bumpers, which show some surface rust.
